ICT experience - Broad understanding of Microsoft Office and related tools; Many Library operating systems; setup and running of quickvic reporting system; Like most of PLPS staff I have grown up with the availability and use of comptuters giving me a firm grounding in understanding Operating systems, networks etc.
Goals - To be able to help and support staff in their use of webbased researching tools etc. To expand my knowledge of internet based research as well.
